Rope Access Knots!
Today we get into some of the most used rope access knots. We start of with the basic double figure of eight knot, or the figure of eight on a bight. In the rope access and industrial climbing industry the Figure of Eight Knot is most commonly used to tie the rope to our anchors.

It is relatively strong, easy to recognise, does not undo by itself and is easy to untie after use. (when dressed and set properly)

Other knots we might use are:
-Rethreaded figure of eight
-Alpine butterfly
-Stopperknot
-Bunny knot
-Figure of nine knot
Those knots we will get into in upcoming video’s
