Rope Access Knots!
In the last video we learnt to tie the figure of eight on a bight or double figure of eight. If we want to tie our cowstails directly to out harness, the we need to make a rethreaded figure of eight, or a retraced figure of eight knot.
It is relatively strong, easy to recognise, does not undo by itself and is easy to untie after use. (when dressed and set properly)
Other knots we might use are:
-Retraced figure of eight
-Alpine butterfly
-Stopperknot
-Bunny knot
-Figure of nine knot
